A KINDR Vision
KINDR is a culture and community dedicated to bettering ourselves and those around us with daily acts of mindful kindness. Regardless of our differences, our past, or our path forward, we can all learn to live 1% kinder each day, leading to healthier relationships with ourselves and others.
Together we will foster a KINDR foundation for all.

Our INITIATIVES

KINDR Schools
Our step-by-step program guides can be easily implemented in elementary through high school to teach and reinforce mindful kindness skills through discussion-based groups and application exercises.
KINDR Communities
We provide funding and resources for afterschool and non-profit community programs for marginalized youth. Our programs promote kind communication skills, healthy relationship skills, showing compassion and gratitude, and developing a growth mindset.
KINDR Workplaces
BeKindr Workplaces training integrates Mindful Kindness into organizations, fostering cultures where individuals thrive and flourish. With decades of experience, we have proven that Mindful Kindness is key to workplace success, building flourishing teams, and creating exceptional performance. By enhancing interactions and community, we empower people and organizations to reach their full potential.
KINDR Prisons
KINDR programs promote personal transformation through fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation, teaching mindful kindness for building healthy relationships, and helping develop resilience and well-being. They enhance recovery, rehabilitation, and safety within facilities, while instilling a sense of kindness. Ultimately, this works to reduce recidivism, enhance the social-emotional wellness of prisoners and staff alike, and provide needed skills for successful reentry.

Why Kindness?
Practicing mindful kindness leads to developing healthy relationships and caring communities that sustain us through life’s ups and downs, reduce stress and anxiety levels, and allow us to break unkind habits. When we replace judgmental thoughts with kind thoughts and impatient actions with thoughtful actions, we find ourselves feeling happier, stronger, and blessed.
We call it “The Kindness Effect.”
