We teach Mindful Kindness
Kindr is on a mission to increase well-being and happiness in individuals, organizations, and communities. We teach Mindful Kindness and provide resources, curricula, and grants to implement educational programs developed by our expert team using proven practices in educational psychology, curriculum development, at-risk youth support, and mental health literacy skills.
Over the last 3 years, the Kindr Foundation has awarded more than $2,000,000 in grants to k-12 schools, community programs that serve at-risk youth, and programs that work with incarcerated individuals. The foundation is committed to empowering vulnerable communities with a superpower to spread kindness, accelerate strong relationships, and create a culture of lasting happiness.
We are now building upon our success in inspiring youth to learn mindful kindness by creating a community of leaders, designers, marketers, tech innovators, and cultural influencers to spread kindness together and ensure it becomes a deeper part of our lifestyle!

The Foundation of Our Work
Mindful Kindness programs are designed to provide positive mental health habits for people of all ages who seek more joy in their lives. Our unique tools and daily Kindful Habits help to alleviate poor mental health, loneliness, bullying, suicide, challenges for adults in custody, and much more. By learning Mindful Kindness, participants dismantle self-defeating narratives and develop skills that foster self-acceptance, self-awareness, gratitude, and positive relationships while also reducing anxiety and stress.
Kindful Habits are proven to reduce harmful acts towards oneself and others, improve mental and physical health outcomes, lead to faster parole and reduced recidivism, and improve overall quality of life.
Our programs can be administered asynchronously or via online or in-person facilitator-led group settings. Send us an email if you’d like to implement one of our programs cost-free. We offer 4 mindfulness courses for adults in custody, 4 programs for students and teens, as well as workplace leadership training to create a kinder and more productive workplace culture. Our tools and resources will help anyone heal, grow, connect, and thrive.

Practicing mindful kindness leads to developing healthy relationships and caring communities that sustain us through life’s ups and downs, reduce stress and anxiety levels, and allow us to break unkind habits. When we replace judgmental thoughts with kind thoughts and impatient actions with thoughtful actions, we find ourselves feeling happier, stronger, and blessed.
We call it “The Kindness Effect.”
